Light Language Transmissions
All of the light language transmissions offered by Heart Essence are channelled from Source, higher dimensional beings, star races and angelic guides. From the point of view of Heart Essence, each individual has their own lessons and patterns to learn and or integrate, which means that certain issues might need more time to be cleared and released, or could not be resolved at all in some cases. It is each individuals own responsibility to become aware of and or know if it is in alignment with divine timing to purchase, listen and or use any of the transmissions offered here.
Heart Essence is thus not responsible for and cannot guarantee any effects stemming from purchasing or listening to these transmissions. Purchasing, listening and using these transmissions happen at your own risk and Heart Essence is not responsible for an individual’s reaction to the transmissions offered here.

On-Demand Light Language Transmissions
The terms and conditions herein include the Soul Signature Light Language Transmissions in both audio and artwork format, as well as any audio or artwork light language transmissions which are booked on-demand, but exclude the transmissions purchased via the online shop on this website.
All on-demand light language transmissions are channelled around the intent formulated by you and discussed via email, via online audio- or video sessions. Anything not stated in this intent, will not be included in the transmission.
Once any on-demand transmission is purchased, it takes approximately 3 weeks for Heart Essence to send you the booked transmission via a downloadable Dropbox link. You are welcome to download your transmission, but it is illegal to share, distribute, sell, copy or alter there transmissions in any way or with anyone.
If for any reason there is a delay on Heart Essence’s end due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.
Once purchased, refund is not possible.
Pre-Recorded Light Language Transmissions
The Pre-Recorded Light Language Transmissions offered by Heart Essence are generalized transmissions meant for a broad audience. It is your responsibility to decide whether you wish to purchase these, or if a On-Demand light language transmission would be more beneficial for you.
The transmissions are virtual mp3 files, which are sent via email upon purchase.
Once purchased, refund is not possible.
One-on-One Sessions
Please note there is no charge for rescheduling up until a day prior to the appointment. However, there is a 50% charge of the original session price, for not showing up and then requesting a rescheduling of your appointment subsequently.
If for any reason there is a need to reschedule on Heart Essence’s end, due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.
Those who purchase a session will be contacted via email within 48 hours, so the appointment can be scheduled.
Sessions are taken at your own risk and Heart Essence is not responsible for an individual’s reaction to the various modalities of energy work offered here.
After a session has taken place, no refunds are possible.
Intuitive Readings
All intuitive readings offered by Heart Essence are channelled, audio recorded and sent via email within approximately 3 weeks of purchase.
Certain cases may require you to be present during the reading, and if your spiritual guides make that request, you will be informed. Please keep in mind that Divine Timing is often at play, aligning everything necessary for you to receive all the information you need at the right moment. If your reading has not been sent out within approximately 3 weeks after purchase, then assume this is the reason why and reach out via email to receive confirmation on that.
Once purchased, this item cannot be refunded.
If for any reason there is a delay on Heart Essence’s end due to emergencies, health or family issues, you will be notified via email beforehand.
Topics which are not covered in such readings are:
- Medical issues, since Alexandra is neither a doctor, licenced health care practitioner or medical intuitive. Such information may come through within readings, or may not and should be used with discernment and responsibility on your own end.
- As well as reading into a third parties energy field and reality. Questions such as “What are they thinking about right now? What will they do next?” are seen as unethical because in most cases they are requested or done without the consent of the third person. What can be read on, is the effect the third person has on you, any past life karmic patterns which may be operation between you two and what you can do about the situation.
